Code of Conduct
This defines our ethical and moral approach. It covers the seven principles which guide everyone who works in our business and also ensures we comply with all applicable laws and regulations, wherever in the world we operate.
Our Executive Board is committed to applying best practice and good corporate governance throughout the Intersnack Group.
Our Group Compliance team is always available to answer any questions or concerns.
The principles of our Code of Conduct

- We respect the environment and conduct our business in a socially responsible manner.
Reporting of violations
Anyone who observes a possible violation of laws, policies or business principles can report it using our whistleblower system (either by name or anonymously). This is available both to Intersnack employees and to third party contacts such as our customers, suppliers and other business partners, as well as their business partners. This includes reporting on violations that arise from actions of a supplier’s subcontractor.
The Intersnack Group whistleblower system (secure external website) can be accessed here: www.bkms-system.com/intersnackgroup/. This is a certified and standardized system. There is a secure connection and the content is encrypted. The system is available in various languages. More information will be provided during the reporting process.

Reporting Procedure. Reports to channels mentioned above will be routed to the Group Compliance team of Intersnack Group GmbH & Co. KG. Assuming the reporting person provides a means of contact, receipt will be acknowledged within seven days of receipt. Group Compliance will request further details if necessary and maintain communication and feedback on outcomes within a reasonable timeframe not exceeding three months from first report.
Group Compliance may involve other functions either within or outside Intersnack Group in accordance with applicable law. Reports through any channel will be treated as confidential to the greatest possible extent and whistleblowers will not be subject to retaliation or punishment.
