We work with supply chain partners to build capacity and to drive positive change that benefits people, the environment and society more broadly.

Sustainable products start with responsible sourcing practices. As a company with a complex and diverse supply network, we aim to work with suppliers who share our commitment to upholding human rights and providing safe working conditions.

Through due diligence we aim to protect workers rights and ensure everyone in our supply chains has a voice.

Long-standing partnerships are key to building supply chain capacity, knowledge and profitability.

We work together with our suppliers both directly and through multi-stakeholder initiatives to pursue supply chain improvements, create social and environmental impact on the ground
and to drive quality and sustainability standards globally.

Engagement

Estrella - championing equality in sport

In Sweden, Estrella is fostering inclusive and joyful moments – beyond just the snacks it makes. In line with the Estrella motto ‘An open society for all and joyful moments together’, the company is promoting social engagement and inclusive environments built on acceptance, mutual respect and dedication.

As part of this, in 2023, Estrella teamed up with the Gothia Cup, the world’s largest international youth football tournament, to drive action for the UN’s Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) 5, which drives for gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.

As part of the Cup’s ‘Play Equally’ initiative, Estrella sponsored a girls’ football team, giving it the chance to participate for the first time in the Gothia Cup through its Foundation program.
