Executive Chairman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Maarten Leerdam joined Intersnack Group as CEO of The Nut Company in 2000 and was appointed Executive Chairman and CEO of Intersnack Group in 2008. Prior positions Maarten has held include Managing Director at Granaria Food Group and various managerial positions at Sara Lee and BP Nutrition.

Managing Director, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Henrik Bauwens joined Intersnack Group in 2016 as CFO. Henrik was previously CFO of Müller Group, Head of Legal / M&A at HK Food Group and partner at Baker & McKenzie.

Managing Director, Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Johan van Winkel joined Intersnack Group as COO of The Nut Company in 2000 and was then appointed COO of Intersnack Group in 2008. Johan’s previous roles include Operations Director at Granaria Food Group and Managing Partner of consultancy company Change Management Institute NV, Belgium.

Group Commercial Director (CCO)

Fabien Duvilla is Group Commercial Director (CCO). He joined Intersnack in March 2021, becoming a Group Board Member in April 2023.

He has deep experience in local and international brand marketing, sales and general management, gained in a number of global FMCG businesses including Jacobs Douwe Egberts, Mondelēz, Mars and Unilever.
